I brought in a broken Hilti spade bit and was impressed from start to finish. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in and had it repaired quickly. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly how they fixed it. What stood out most was their willingness to help. The folks at Nor-Tech are all as top notch as they come. I had a trailer snap the tongue on the way to Alaska and they got me in for a fix and back on the road same day. A guy couldn’t ask for better service. Brody and his father were great do business with and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. It’s rare to come by folk who take as much pride and care into their service and customer.
