Don’t use this shop’s service. It’s cheating and scam. I recently want to make an annual inspection. My brakes are good and Don’t need change. The manager insisted to change all my brakes pads and rotors, otherwise he will Not pass inspection. My car has a sensor to monitor the brakes condition. It’s showing everything is good. The manager says my sensors are Not working correctly. Haha. He just wants ripping me off. I refused the service and went to another shop and my inspection passed without any issues.
very straightforward and knowledgeable on car parts. very nice and patient!
Took my car in right away, free coffee while I waited, changed my oil quickly, made sure there was air in my tires. Good service.
Avoid at all cost!! I live close by for many years they scam, cheat and lie.. from the counter to the mechanics. 15 years ago: went for 6 pack bud cans.. asked how much? Counter man looked at me then the cans, then at me, then the cans..and said (guessing) 12$. A few months ago: went for fluids inspection, they sprayed water all under the hood and asked me to take a look.. saying I have a leak, immediately left and went to my original mech.. no issues!
I would give zero points if I could. Be careful they recommend work you do not need!!! They take advantage of a good person.
