I had a complaint about the estimated price of a repair job. The owner called me and made it right.
When power went out and our back up generator failed, we called and expected the typical customer service you see now days. Very much surprised when they had a tech at our site within an hour and back up and running. Customer service was stellar. Nor-Pac saved the day! Thank you!
Requested an estimate for a generator. I wanted pricing for a complete service including electrical, plumbing, and installation. I also wanted an estimate excluding the electrical and plumbing however including delivery and installation. A sales person came out and we agreed on a location for the generator. Several weeks later I received an estimate for the generator excluding delivery and installation and no additional information as we had discussed regarding electrical or plumbing.
