Great at first after my house fire but a 3 weeks in they hardly showed up and the quality of work was not there my walls don't match i have a gap in my floor you can see the mud on the walls in the garage laundry room counter is garbage and then when we got our stuff back only got part of it back and some of it should have never been taken it was put aside a was stated not to take then when they were asked about it was told they would make it right but nothing yet and now the only time they show up to do work is if they have... read more

I had drain pipe leak at my vacation condo at Ocean shores. By the time it was discovered there was extensive damage to the unit. Nor-Cat handled everything including dealing with the Insurance company which was refusing to pay for the damage. Thank you Jay for showing them why the damages should be covered and getting them to change their decision. Thank you Tom for all the work you did managing the work on the condo. The condo looks great, love the new kitchen. If I ever have another emergency I will call Nor-Cat to fix it... read more
