My furnace stopped working about a week ago and Hussein showed up very promptly after calling, and found the first issue which he replaced for a very reasonable price. My furnace was not working and I called Hussain. He came to fix it within 30 minutes. Once the furnace was working again, unfortunately my pipe burst because I had cold air running for a day without realizing. He quickly dealt with that as well and ran to store to grab all the items needed to fix that. He was a lifesaver and I will keep using him in the future because of his professionalism and knowledge. I was out of town and my furnace needed repair on a Friday night. Hussein at Nor-Can was able to come take a look at it same day while other competitors were saying they couldn't take a look until Wednesday. Even though my cell reception was terrible, Hussein did his best to keep me up to date with the situation. We did have to wait a couple of days for the replacement part to come in, but when it did, he was able to fix my furnace quickly and efficiently. Top notch Service! Great heater installation.
They were amazing! Our furnace needed a fix due to a condensation leak, and they showed up the next morning. The tech quickly found the issue and had it fixed fast. Super reliable, efficient, and the labor was very affordable. I’ll definitely call them again if I need HVAC help!
