My daughters and I took surfing lessons from Rob at Nor-Cal. The whole experience was a blast. Mike at the shop is absolutely super and Rob was a great instructor. Both my girls (15 and 17) were able to get up on the board at least a few times even with very rough wave action. Rob was a star for us. He gave us a great pre-water lesson on the beach with the do's and don'ts of safety, the right way to get up on the board and the etiquette of surfing with others.
