The staff is so friendly! I can tell my pup loves going, if I can’t be there with him I know the team is there for whatever she needs!

Nor Cal Pet Service is amazing. The staff is welcoming and loving with your dogs. They get down on the floor and play with your dog. My dogs love going there and run in to the staff. They also employ adults with disabilities which is a plus for me.

I am not sure yet. I dropped my one year old basset hound puppy off on Friday for the weekend. I called once during her weekend stay to check on her. I was told she was limping on her back hind leg. Why? “She spilled her water dish, got her bed wet, it was being washed and a raised cot had been used.” Her trial 5 hours on the Monday before, included the use of the raised cot. No problems. We recently got a dog at Haven Humane. Shortly after, we had to board her for 3 nights. We were worried about how the dog would react. I shouldn't have had any concern at all. NorCal was a perfect fit. Summer and Melanie(?) at the front desk are ambassadors for NorCal! They spent time telling and showing me the property. It was perfect for us. Roomy and varied sizes of cages and you can bring your own bed and toys. Dogs are not mixed with others so there was no worries about injuries. They are taken out for exercise. This fe... read more

I left my pup Emmett here at Nor Cal for a couple of day. When I picked him up he was so happy and well taken care of! The staff is so friendly and wonderful to work with!!
