Made an appointment for an MRI. The office called to confirm for a different time which would not work with my schedule. I was then transferred to a different department and they said, “This conversation isn’t getting anywhere.”. I asked to speak with the supervisor, who was unavailable. She said she would call me me back. The same rude woman called me back and and asked if I still wanted to speak with the supervisor. I was then put on eternal hold, so I hung up. I still haven’t received a call back.
