Dana dropped what he was doing to help us out. My company was vacating a commercial space on a Tues. and had our carpets scheduled to be cleaned by local commercial cleaning service on Mon. That service didn't end up cleaning the carpets on Mon. so we called Dana on Tues. afternoon and explained the situation and asked him how soon he could make it out, thinking best case Wed. or Thurs. He dropped what he was doing and was on site within a few hours. This sort of service should be celebrated. Thank you!
