Nice people but very slow loading.

Just picked up from here for the first time and it was great. Office staff was very nice. Was scheduled for 2300 pick-up but got in at 1830. They actually seemed a little apologetic that the load wasn't fully prepped yet. Backed into a dock and was out of there in about two hours. Not bad for being four and a half hours early. I was parked for the night before I was even scheduled to arrive.
This place has no respect for your time. I was sent here for an export load. I arrived at 7:30 P.M. and was informed that the load had to be inspected USDA which I understood. At 4:00 A.M. I was told that they were short on product and couldn’t ship a partial load without approval from the broker. At around 9:00 A.M. I returned to the office to get a completely different story, oh yes, we have the product but you didn’t have an appointment and we are working you in, and the load must be inspected by the USDA and they only co... read more
