Excellent experience both unloading and loading at this facility. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for delivery, and by 8:00 AM I was already empty with paperwork in hand. I also had a 12:00 PM pickup appointment at the same location, and by 11:00 AM I was fully loaded and ready to go with paperwork completed. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Check-in is done by phone call, and parking is available on the street while waiting. No overnight parking. Fast loading
DRIVERS be SURE TO Check THE TRILER before ARRIVING HER.. I drive 100 miles empty to get loaded here but no any chance to get loaded,they make inspection of the trailer before going back to door, they reject my trailer because of water on the floor I said just delivered frozen food and from defrost from -10 to 38 they temp req will be water in floor, they said not any chance to get loaded,so I drive another 119 miles empty to my second load for the day.
