Attention drivers: Avoid Nor Am cold storage in Elwood, Kansas if you can. I checked in at 9:00 a.m. and have been waiting over 5½ hours just to get a door. It’s now almost 3:00 p.m. Another driver here has been waiting since 6:00 a.m. This place is beyond ridiculous. They claim to be a “first come, first served” facility, but when you ask how many trucks are ahead of you, they say only one. If that’s true, then one truck has been sitting in the dock for five hours. Even drivers with scheduled appointments are getting delaye... read more
This warehouse is the worst place to deliver I checked in 8:00am and get a dock about 2:30pm and left there about 3:30pm and lost all day long and missed my next pick up and had to wait till next day to pick up the load !!!!
