What I ordered came fast and exactly as described no issue would order again no clue why the bad reviews
after multiples cals and messages, they never got back to me after an order 8 weeks ago. still dont have my parts and i want to cancel the order i advise to not use as they are not a costumer focused company. do not order as you can wait forever. NOR AM, you give a bad image of your company and your policies. reach me if you want to solve this. maybe these are the only messages you answer to....
I ordered a radiator support for a 1999 s10 from these guys. I was surprised to see the quality of the material used. It showed up a little bumped from shipping and handling, but nothing that couldn't easily be fixed with a pair of pliers (the 2 loops to hold the radiator). I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and communication was very good as well. I would recomend bying from them and i would buy again.
Called on Sept 30, 11:48 Am. Told the parts came in on the Friday so they will be shipped on Thursday or Friday, Oct 2 or 3. Called on Oct 8, same thing, they will be shipped Thursday or Friday, which was Oct 9 or 10. I said that’s weird, that’s exactly what the lady said last week. The gentleman said we only have 1 guy in shipping but I will tell him to prioritize your parts since you have been waiting. I called Oct 16, the gentleman said we just got your parts on Tuesday.
