Great service! I need emergency stitches and the lady who picked up my phone booked me straight in, almost no wait and the GP William he did very well on stiching my wound on my face thank you so much!!
The doctor I saw was professional and attentive and explained things clearly.
The receptionist couldn’t crack a smile and was very unfriendly. I felt the doctor was very uncaring and cold. I know they see patient after patient and it wouldn’t be very exciting but a bit of warmth and patient empathy wouldn’t go astray. No patient follow up at all. Not many choices of clinics to visit on a Saturday unfortunately.
My experience at the centre was very smooth. From the receptionist to the Dr, Wayne Lawson. He was very friendly & knowledgeable..
