We just spent 10 days at Noosa Shores, from the moment we checked in everything was amazing. Kellie the resort manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area giving us great restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect, right on the river and very peaceful, close enough to Hastings St, just a 10min stroll yet far enough away to avoid the hustle. The apartments and location at Noosa Shores are genuinely outstanding — easily 10/10. Unfortunately, our experience with onsite management reduced that to 1/10. On arrival, we simply needed help locating the correct key box for our apartment (we had booked via Booking.com). My wife politely asked reception for assistance. Instead of being helped, she was told (incorrectly) that we must be Airbnb and that they “couldn’t help,” followed by “find it yourself.” This was a basic request that could have been resolved in seconds wi... read more

Fantastic area and very comfortable rooms, i recommend you bring your own beach towels as reception will charge $5 each, nice pool and BBQ area, check in and out was easy, good communication 😀
