Lots of positives and a few negatives - location amazing! On the river, great views. Loved watching get boats pass, fishing off the pier. - we had the two level 2 bedroom riverfront townhouse (number 19) it was quite expensive at $500 so we had high expectations. More than we would usually spend but we thought we’d get something amazing. I couldn’t travel due to illness. The hotel refused to return my calls, only responded via email that they would not negotiate on non refundable booking. Appalling service, no empathy or sympathy. I would hate to be staying there and something go wrong, I could only imagine how staff would treat you.

My family and I stayed here for two nights to celebrate Father's Day. It was a terrible experience. The oven didn't work, the washing machine was moldy and unusable, and the sauna was out of order. Our room was on the second floor, and the balcony was dirty with spiderwebs. We paid over $700 for two nights—we will never come back again.

We stayed at the Noosa Pacific Resort for 6 nights as part of a family (2x adults and 2x 14 year old boys) holiday to Queensland (Sep/Oct 2025). We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in a 2-bedroom Deluxe Waterfront Apartment. It was perfect for us with a king size bed in the master, and two single beds in the second room. The rooms were on either side of the apartment, with a large living, dining and kitchen area in between. Stayed here for our wedding prep and honeymoon. Staff took no interest in our special occasion and the place was covered in dust. Rooms were lovely and big and the view stunning but couldn’t get past how unclean the place was. Surface level cleaning only. Tables and room decor just coated in dust. Not great for a bride allergic to dust mites. Mentioned to staff and they just made excuses. Stated we could’ve called them yet they had no reception opening at check in for the day. Also left with no WiFi for full day.
