Stayed here for our wedding prep and honeymoon. Staff took no interest in our special occasion and the place was covered in dust. Rooms were lovely and big and the view stunning but couldn’t get past how unclean the place was. Surface level cleaning only. Tables and room decor just coated in dust. Not great for a bride allergic to dust mites. Mentioned to staff and they just made excuses. Stated we could’ve called them yet they had no reception opening at check in for the day. Also left with no WiFi for full day.

We had a lovely stay recently in a waterview apartment. The views were great and the apartment had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have for that apartment is the couch needed a good clean! But certainly didn't detract from our experience. That was the second time staying at this property - I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Noosa.
The perfect place to stay with family, a short walk to the riverfront in Noosaville or a quick drive to Hastings st. Our deluxe apartment was perfect with a view of the river and pool. Will return!
When we arrived the floor in the apartments (unit 4 and 52) were very dirty, we had to sweep and clean the floors as it didn’t feel as if they were cleaned properly after the previous visitors. The carpet was also covered in a lot of dust and build up. Furthermore the vacuum provided didn’t work properly so we had to use the broom. On top of that the bathrooms didn’t feel very clean either, in the ensuite of unit 4 there was hair on the ground and in both bathrooms there was soap and scum build up that hadn’t been cleaned of... read more
