Purchased 2 dog "Jet Pilot" flotation vests based on the dimensions of the dogs we have and the dimensions on the label, I said "I will try them on them when I get home if they do not work I will bring them back tomorrow" (store was closed the moment I walked out). The sizing information was clearly incorrect, the dogs could not move while wearing the jackets despite meeting the sizing criteria, so a design issue as well perhaps?
