Parts dept closed Saturday although web site states its open until 12.00. Stranded for a battery for a Mazda MX30, told Id have to wait until Monday. Thanks Mazda Noosa, great service....
Still provide a overall ok service, people on the desk are always friendly. My reason for giving 3 stars is due to never having any loan cars available, for a big dealership, you would assume they'd have more than 3 cars even when i book 4 weeks ahead, and whenever there has been something wrong with my vehicle i try and get it looked at on a friday (the only day i don't work) and they always say they can't run diagnostics as they don't have enough staff that day. Paid over $800 for a basic service and within two weeks the 3 year old battery had failed. Was left marooned at the airport with a dead battery. RACQ service mechanic identified the issue immediately and $300 later I was able to go home. For $800 I would expect a basic battery test at the least from Mazda. Do not go to this dealer - expensice and poor service.
