Noosa Lakes Resort is a great place to stay while you explore the area and surrounds. The resort is just a short stroll away from the marina, local shops, cafes and supermarket.
Receptionist Leah single handily ruined the spirit of my family’s holiday here. Leah is in urgent need of training in customer service! She spoke over the top of me our entire phone call, did not listen to my concerns or action them (until the end of the trip when I’m guessing booking.com gave her a nudge), only defended the resort and deflected any wrong doings. We enjoyed our stay at this resort, rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean. The only downside to our stay was the bed, very uncomfortable, having two single beds joined as a double isn’t ideal when the two beds split whilst sleeping and the bed moved multiple times as it’s on wheels that didn’t have brakes that worked. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in a crack between two beds. Great place to stay. Although rooms are slightly dated, they're big, clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking the lake but didn't get much use because of rain. So much good stuff within walking distance and gorgeous stuff too drive to. Loved it, thankyou. 🙂
edit: Housekeeping staff harasses the guests and by this response it seems there’s not much to expect from management as well
