Have purchased two vans from this dealership. Both times have been super easy, easy finance. From trading in to purchasing and everything in between nothing seems too hard for these guys! They are always super happy to help out. Servicing of the vehicles through their service department is always also super easy. Would recommend and will deal with them in the future.
We travelled all the way from Toowoomba to Noosa to purchase our 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe last Friday, and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Paul and Anthony were amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. They were so warm, friendly and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. A 10/10 experience all round!
Really disappointing response from a dealership that clearly doesn’t care about their reputation. When a trusting customer takes out an extended warranty with the dealership, it falls away when the car is sold. Dealership is happy to take the money upfront for the extended warranty, but is not prepared to honour it for a future owner of the vehicle.
