Given the seriousness of my condition,I possibly did not have time to travel all the way down to Nambour Public Hospital so it was 12 minutes in an Uber ( No time for a wait for an ambulance) - The staff in NOOSA Emergency can NOT be failted.. they were simply incredible... life saving infact.. The hospital is amazingly geared up AND new.. We live in Queenstown New Zealand and our Public Hospital and Emrrgenfy dept is an absolute disgrace.. its old and under staffed as well as way over priced as price cost gouging is a real ... read more
Lost my girlfriends referral. She was on the list to have a significant surgery within 2 weeks. This was in April. Come July she calls and finds out this excuse for a hospital lost the referral. They tried to lie to her and say they never got it but upon pulling ranks I can see it was imported into their clinical system. They lied to her and have now pushed her surgery back another 6 weeks. Your reception staff is also incredibly rude. Fire the woman who spoke to my girlfriend.

I went to emergency yesterday with my emotional support dog as I've done in the past obviously I wasn't well or I wouldn't of been there I waited 4 hours and was told couldn't be seen because of my emotional support dog why didn't they tell me when I arrived they waited to a new shift to tell me in the end a lovely doctor came out and saw me in the corridor I felt discrimination and hurt I'm on a disability pension for mental illness the system is definitely changing no one cares about anyone anymore I feel hurt and unwanted... read more
Was in for surgery and over night. Great group of carers. The hospital has a very friendly and positive energy to it. Highly recommended
