Unfortunately not a great experience at all, I cannot recommend this group. I found that this realty was more concerned with the tenants than with me, often making extraordinary exceptions and comforts for the tenants while completely leaving me out of the loop. There was a consistent lack of communication, and I didn't feel supported whatsoever. I would have been better off without a property manager, as they seemed to be working for the tenants. Time wasters
Adam was a great communicator from day one. Adam was a knowledgeable agent who was extremely easy to deal with right from our first meeting. We needed multiple site visits and had information requests throughout our due diligence period however Adam kept us informed and was very patient and obliging with all our requests. A good operator, I would highly recommend.
