Kerrie at reception was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, helpful and considerate throughout my stay. I had a request during my visit, and she was incredibly responsive and handled it with care and professionalism. Her warm attitude made the whole experience feel much easier and more comfortable. Great customer service and a genuinely kind person, thank you, Kerrie!
What a shame that we had to stay in unit 23 for a night looking at this disgusting mess for a night until mid morning the next day . Rubbish everywhere under the coffee table, rubbish under the couch,rubbish under the beds, rubbish on the balcony sand on the table and blood on the couch covered up by a cushion. Toys stuck to the ceiling,Tampon wrappers , hair on the floor of the bathrooms. Dried food on plates, glassware dirty . We had to wash everything before we used it .
