The service provided by receptionist Belle and Dee, the audiologist was friendly, professional and above average. Dee explained every test and the results so thoroughly and made me feel comfortable all the way through the process. I have no hesitation in recommending this business!
Deidré saw me when I had suddenly lost hearing in one ear and was incredibly professional and caring guiding me quickly on the correct path to minimise permanent hearing loss. I cannot recommend Deidré and her staff highly enough and am pleased to say my hearing is recovering well.
I was considering hearing aids as i was increasingly finding that I was not hearing properly and missing out at home and in restaurant / pub type environments.
