As our family medical practice the receptionist in attendance 7 April 2026 was found to be an appalling individual arbitrarily cancelling an agreed child’s appointment who had very bad breathing difficulties overnight. When the parents attended the appointment, they were rudely rebuffed without reason. As the appointment was late in the day no other arrangement could be made. Don’t rely on this practice for any serious ailment or anything time critical and expect terse reception staff.
Fantastic experience, lovely and friendly staff Dr Ebonney Van Der Meer is exceptional and thorough over all highly recommend!
We are on holidays and needed to see a doctor quite urgently. The receptionist was able to get us in for an immediate appointment. Not only was our doctor caring and patient, other doctors also checked on us. Never been to a clinic that was so thorough and kind.
Nick Hummel is the best doctor that I have ever consulted. He is thorough and caring and ‘spot on‘ with his diagnosis.
