Had my Garage Roller Door serviced by Noosa Garage Doors today. The service man was very courteous and informed me of what he would be doing as part of the service then informed me of what was done after the service. The garage door is now operating very well. He gets a big tick from me. Thanks RB.
Serviced our garage door. Great communication, turned up on time and did a great job. Highly recommend
Remote stopped working after a few months (still in warranty). Asked if they could swing by next time they are in town to swap it out. Wanted a $90 call out fee or me to take it out to the office. Feel like it you are going to sell a product you should back it.
Despite some delays which were beyond their control. we're really happy with the doors. Special mention to Paul who installed them. The epitome of great service and thorough attention.
The guys were super helpful with our garage door maintenance. They went above and beyond what would be considered average service. Highly recommend!
