No respect for the community. If you complain the office staff. And office manager will hang up on you. Don't got there. Unprofessional and substandard service. No confidentiality. Will reort to AHPRA. Especially the main doctor by the name of Claire. Go to Tewantin medical centre. Brilliant service.

I recently had an appointment on a very busy day and I must say I was quite impressed. Despite a full waiting room and several unannounced emergencies arriving, everyone was friendly from the moment I arrived until I left. While I did have to wait a tad longer than anticipated, I was just thankful not to be one of the ambulances that came in. The reception, my consultation with Dr Tagen, the nurses and the final checkout and payment — all incredibly smooth, friendly and professional. Thank you! ☺️🙏

Disappointing Experience with Front Desk Staff - Alison I’ve been a regular patient of Dr. Heath, who has been incredibly helpful in managing my chronic injury. However, during his absence, I had been receiving phone appointments with another doctor and was unaware that these would incur a fee, as I am typically bulk billed. Thank you to Dr Greg Wren and the staff at Noosa Fair Medical Centre. We were on holidays and my 4 year old son needed a review. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating of us.
