A reply to recent review from a Kristyn Rickerby. Firstly I was not intoxicated. Secondly I only went over to the pool because the resident next door to the pool just git home from having chemo. He was very distraught when they arrived home at 5pm i received a text saying the pool was extremely noisy. At 6.24pm I got another text saying he went out to them and said could they keep the noise down explaining he just had chemo that day. the lady dismissed him. Not Family-Friendly – Disappointing Experience We recently stayed at this resort and, given the variety of options available in Noosa, we would not choose to return. A key priority for us when selecting accommodation was access to a heated pool for our children to enjoy. While this resort does offer multiple pools, only one is heated—and unfortunately, it is located adjacent to a permanent resident who appears highly sensitive to any level of noise. Excellent location and impeccable service. We could easily drop a fishing line from the back yard. Some decent bream caught from the deck by the kids. We loved our stay and hoping to be back again soon.
We had a great apartment within this complex and its location to everywhere in Noosa is brilliant. I was able to walk back into town when one of the other wedding guests forgot something quickly without having to rely on a ride-share service or a taxi.
We recently stayed here for our wedding along with several of our guests. I booked the "nicest townhouse available" which was unit 6, as this is where my girls and I got ready. It was a really beautiful townhouse, nice and new with waterfront views and a nice jetty! Our guests townhouses were a mix of older and newer but I'm sure their price reflected this. The staff were amazing and the location was convenient for our needs. Would highly recommend staying here!
