I had a good experience with the Dentist Karen treating my tooth pain and the other staff who were friendly and careing .
I had an appointment to get my tooth pulled out I went to the appointment and they said ide have to rebook because they would need more time. So I rebooked even tho they should have booked a longer appointment in the first place. When I got to the second appointment the lady told me that we’d have to rebook again because they didn’t have the right equipment to pull my tooth.what so of dentist doesn’t have the right equipment to pull a tooth it was a very silly excuse. I drove 40 minutes and the gps took me to the wrong side to park. I then proceeded to to walk to the clinic. The lady did not display open kind behaviour and insinuated that I would take long to fill out the form which is not the case. I was 10 minutes late and she stated they would only be allowed to look at my teeth. I study and I used alot of petrol to come to this appointment is a disappointment on how they treated me. The receptionist is a disgusting excuse for a human being, was made to wait outside in the rain as she likes to feel in control
