This practice and its staff provide the best care.
They do not do walk ins as they advertise. After questioning this as I was in a lot of pain and needed antibiotics the blonde lady at the counter, (who looks like Marg the, "your hands are soaking in it," dishwashing liquid ad from the 70's said they only do walk ins by phone. I said well what's the point of saying you do walk ins then? They said only for emergency purposes we help people. I replied well I hope so your a medical centre! There is a doctor at this practice who genuinely deserves to be nominated for Australian of the Year. His ongoing support for his patients is unparalleled, and his endless care, compassion, and professionalism deserve the highest recognition.
Wonderful Dr's helped me through a very challenging 2 years with Cancer liaising with the Medical Team at SCUH. There new building location has underground basement parking, and lift to the fist floor clinic.
As an out of town patient I was booked in to see Dr Kylie Dunstan. The practice is immaculate in presentation and the staff were wonderful.
