This was my first visit to this Practice as I reside in NSW and away on holidays I was very impressed by the cheerful and polite service and the quick attention I received from a Doctor who was very knowledgeable I felt very comfortable to be there there and would highly recommend the practice Steve Chatman

Awful treatment by receptionist Suzie, and practice manager Heather, including belittlement, berating, and trying to guilt trip a patient who has been going to this practice for over 20 years by saying that them being 5 minutes late was the reason that another patient missed their appointment when wait times in this pathetic excuse for a medical facility are usually close to if not over an hour, disgusting behaviour, uneducated, undertrained doctors, making assumptions instead of doing their job, should not be in business.

I visited this clinic on May 19 and felt that my concerns about a significant physical injury were not taken seriously. The doctor did not conduct a physical examination or refer me for any diagnostic tests such as an ultrasound or x-ray. Instead, I was told to return in a month. I later received a referral to a specialist, but it turned out to be inappropriate for my type of injury. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Kylie Dunstan—she is wonderful. From the moment you walk into her office, you feel genuinely cared for. She listens attentively, never rushes, and offers insightful advice that makes you feel heard and understood. Her compassionate approach is very comforting. The reception staff are equally wonderful—always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They help create a calm and professional environment.
