The lack of care is incredible. I asked them to build my brand new 29" Big Ripper BMX and be careful not to scratch it. It was brand new in a box. They scratched it. A huge gash through the sticker and paint. They told me, "It was already there". Brand new bike. The attitude of not caring is strong. Never going back
Poor service, shocking worksmanship Sold me second hand patched tube and charged and told me it was a new tube Got told they fixed my brakes (didn’t ask them to) left and brakes barley worked Then when getting refund got told that I was lying and they never said it was a new tube Tube that they replaced lasted under 2 weeks then was told would take two weeks to look at it Joke of a place go somewhere else!
