I love Adri’s classes. Adri is very knowledgeable and a top tier instructor, every week she has a new set of fun yet challenging movements with progressions. I leave class feeling energised. The space at Sensaura is also beautiful. Highly recommend.

The sense of Calm I feel as I walk in the room is divine. I am in my 60’s, health issues, no confidence & very was anxious to give Pilates a go - even more so , when other ladies are half my age. The confidence and guidance I am given from Adriana each day is so comforting. Adriana helps to keep me focused, reminds me to stop & breath, and to relax. In the classes there is no age barrier, we are all one. I feel better mentally as well as physically after each class & I am finally doing something for me. Mauz

Really enjoy Adrianna's class. It's challenging enough to give me a good workout without me feeling out of my depth. The class space in Sensaura is lovely too.
