I feel bad because I hate leaving bad reviews but I didn’t have a great experience here at all! To summarize, the woman who did my wax wasn’t personable, the hygiene in the place was questionable, my Brazilian wasn’t fully finished and I have lots of remaining hairs. The girl who did my wax never introduced herself to me, asked me to give waxed before etc. (I got a Brazilian and half legs and booked it online). I had a really bad experience during my first visit here. The person doing my eyebrows was very rough, and I left with cuts and bruises on my skin. She rushed through the whole process, which resulted in painful nicks. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I been going to Noori Aesthetics for a few years and she is close by in West Springs (only a few minutes away). Before that I drove to the NE so I am very happy we have someone close by. I get my eyebrows threaded and she is awesome. My eyebrows are thin as I had it lasered but she cleans it up and tries to match both side and let it grow. I been happy with her shaping my eyebrows. I highly recommend this place and prices are reasonable. Thank you!
