Kateland is a massage therapist working at Noorden. I booked at Kateland's previous clinic 5 months in advance. This was the earliest appointment they could give me. Showed up for appointment and they said Kateland had moved to Noorden and was supposed to have called all her clients. Went to Noorden and Kateland said her previous clinic had sent out emails. I looked and saw they had gone to my junk folder. Kateland said she knew that had been happening with the emails. Offered to book me a month later. I said no thanks.
My first experience was a total joy! Jennifer DeBruin is a consummate professional. Looking forward to my next appointment.
