It was a perfect experience! I had 4bad teeth cut out and you couldn’t ask for a better place and team to do it!!!! Will cont to go back !!!
Excellent . Very professional and explained things throughly. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. His assistant was very helpful and professional as well .
I recently had two teeth that had to be surgically removed. Dr. Noorbakhsh put me to sleep to do the work. First time someone stuck a needle in my arm and did not feel anything at all. I woke up and felt the same as when I went in. No numbness or discomfort except for the cotton in my mouth to stop the bleeding. Removed the cotton after a couple of hours and no bleeding. Never felt any soreness at all. I'm still amazed that I had two teeth cut out and never felt anything at all before or after. Thank you so much.
The waiting room was cold during my first visit and I did have to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. However, this was not the case when I went for the extraction appointment and the follow-up appointment. Dr. Noorbakhsh was courteous and took time to explain things carefully to me and to answer my questions. I also had a positive experience with his staff, especially the ones who provided direct services (other than at the reception desk).
This is a stellar place to go if you want to sit in a waiting room over 2 hours, watch the staff laugh about it, listen to a little elderly couple (who has been there even longer than you) say they'd get up and walk out of this terrible office if the treatment wasn't so urgent, receive no apology or explanation for the huge delay, watch the surgeon read your x-ray incorrectly (and then have to correct him, only to have him blame it on shadows), and then be condescended to by said doctor.
Very rude, no bedside manner at all. Needs a lesson in kindness and compassion
The entire place is absolutely freezing. The doctor and staff are extremely nice, courteous and knowledgeable but their scheduling sucks. Expect to wait out in the extremely cold waiting room for a minimum of 30-45 minutes before they get you back to an exam room. Then another 15-30 minutes in the exam room before the doctor comes in to see you. As a result of the over scheduling, the doctor seems to always be rushed. Next time, I'll probably try to find another oral surgeon in the area.
