Dr. Noorain Akhtar is very kind, caring, and attentive. She actively listens and addresses all our needs and concerns. We truly love and appreciate having her as our doctor!
I hate writing bad reviews, however my experience with this doctor has not been good so far. Absolutely no communication received after calling and messaging about blood test results after over 1 week… still nothing. Do not feel cared for or heard at all. I have never experienced a doctor that is does not communicate in any way with her patients at all. Update: still ignores messages not sure what is going on
Went from one great doctor to another. She's always kind and very thorough whenever I come to her office for a visit. She addresses all of my needs and concerns and I never feel rushed. When I need referrals she makes sure that they are taken care of.
Dr.Noorain Akhtar she is nice and good. I go all the time my dr visit she take care nice and explaining everything nice and easily. She is best 👌 👍
I was scheduled for a new patient appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I was promptly checked-in and a nurse took my vitals. After the nurse left I sat for 45 minutes in the exam room with no updates. I stepped outside and asked another person in scrubs if they knew where the Dr or nurse was and they shrugged and said I wasn't their patient. At that point I left the office.
