Nice doctors and friendly staff. The pharmacists are friendly and very knowledgeable.
Firstly they don't tell u the exact charges on call they told me without health card it's gonna be 75$ once I reached there It changed to 75+25$ after waiting for 30 minutes doctor gave me a note pad sized note which my company didn't accepted. Dr hennes she wasn't ready to write the actual reason for the note because it was my personal issue. Then why are u taking 100$ if Don't want to write what's bothering me.
My second time coming here and very disappointed at the service received. The receptionist should definitely be fired; how are you a walk in clinic and you have no masks for the patients that may not have one. Receptionist is not friendly at all; you walk in no hello or hi. The only thing good I can say about this office is Dr. Noor; he’s very straightforward and to the point. He may not smile much but he will tell you what you need to hear.
I have been seeing Dr Noor for years. Fantastic Doctor! You do need to know what time to go. It can be very busy. Dr. Noor is a caring Doctor. Able to discuss anything with him. If you have a emergency go the ER. He can be very busy sometimes. Even with a appointment you may have to wait. You see this as a bad thing, it's not. He spends the time with patients he needs too. I am shocked at what I have been reading. I hope he fights. Best Dr I have seen. Fantastic Doctor!
I have been seeing Dr.Noor for over 10 years and he has always been a kind and patient doctor. Sure his office has wait times during busy cold/flu seasons, but what office doesn’t? Dr. Noor honestly takes the time to diagnose each patient and he is very good with kids. Amita at reception is also very sweet.
