One of the worst places I ever had to deal with. Poor communication, worst customer service, and she is very rude. Do not pay in advance or give any money to this business because the owner will take your money and run. Just very unprofessional. I will never come back here ever again!!!!!
First of all, I looked up CICI and have not found a valid RN license on her. So not sure if she is actually licensed. Second of all, you cant make an appointment because she doesnt answer after you already paid for services. So she asks you to prepay for services and then you cant make an appointment. I asked for a refund and she will not provide a refund. Next, if you go she will make you wait hours because she books multiple people for the same time slot. I have been trying to call and make an appointment for the package I purchased for the Christmas special you had and nobody has answered the phone I even tried going to your office but the door is always locked. Is your clinic closed? Please I spent 2k of my hard earned money please answer your calls
Don't trust Cici, she will sell you a package worth thousands and never give you the services you buy. She will not answer your phone calls and is always in mexico getting work done with the money she stole from her customers 🙄 I am thinking about taking her to court to get my money back. She owes me and 5 of my friends. Shame on her and her staff
