One word, PERFECT!! We had our Wedding at Noor's Ella Ballroom on 10/27/2012 and could not have been more pleased with how everything went. We started off with a good experience planning our wedding with Nora. Nora was on top of everything right from the beginning. Phone calls, e-mails and even texts were returned promptly and kindly. NOOR IS THE BEST RESTURANT EVER!!! – NOOR is by far the best resturant for any type of event. The food is delicious, the service is EXCELLENT, the staff is wonderful and the overall experience is amazing. The prices are great!! Nora was absolutely amazing & truly instrumental in the success of our party. The way she helped us customize the menu, the suggestions, & the way she executed all the details of the party was absolutely amazing. She had done such an incredible job with the entire event that I truly felt I had a party planner. This was my first party at a venue such as Noor-Ella ballroom. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT – Noor restaurant :( Do not reserve Noor for any events, I do not recommend this place to anyone unless if you wanna go home depressed and stressed. I've been to thousands of restaurants on weddings, engagements, surprise parties, christening and so on, never came across such unprofessional, organized and stupid place like Noor. So Bummed the Restaurant Closed – So sorry to see the nice restaurant and bar closed. It was a gorgeous place with good food, nice people, a fun bar and the best patio around. Has reopened in an interior space down-scaling to compete on a level with Bodega -- metal tables anchored to the concrete in the walkway next to the gym. Sad to see another closing in the Paseo.
Gorgeous Venue, Great Service, Delicious Food! – I held a family event for about 30 people here and everything was just perfect. The staff was so great to work with. Everyone was so kind and professional. The owners are wonderful and really did their best to accommodate my requests. It is amazing to see what they did with that venue. Noor Ballroom, Pasadena – LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! We recently had a formal fundraiser here and it turned out beautifully. The food, even with our specific limitations, turned out better than we expected. Robert made sure all the details were taken care. The Staff is wonderful; mixologists, bartenders, chef, eveyone! Great food and happy hour! – I'm glad I discovered Noor, a new restaurant in Pasadena. They offer great happy hour prices and Wednesday night Jazz night is a blast!
New Gem in town – I went to Noor with two friends after work and thoroughly enjoyed the food at drinks. We had the hummus platter, salmon with potatoes, crab cakes, and beef luleh. Everything was amazing and the service was outstanding. The drinks were reasonably priced (I was told that they are starting Happy Hour with jazz at the end of January).
