Amazing practitioner! Cares deeply about his clients and his work, which adheres to the highest ethics.
Noonberg runs a bribery scheme. Attorneys pay him to say his patients are at maximum medical improvement when they are not. He did it to me. He is unethical and a criminal.
Very dishonest and corrupt. Doesn't put his patients health first.
Very unethical guy. He works for WC attorneys. He does not work in the best interest of his patients.
