Had a problem with my alternator which led to a false diagnosis and purchased a battery from them for 550$, then had to get it towed back there 1 day later for them to put in a alternator (which they installed 9 months prior) mark fulfilled the warranty but one of the mechanics put on the serpentine belt on horribly which led to my vehicle having to get towed once again to a different shop who then fixed the problem within an hour. Burned out a wheel bearing on the way to our favorite fishing destination near Perth, Ontario. Was told by our cabin owner to try Noonan’s Auto. Called Tuesday morning, traveled 20 minutes to the shop, left the trailer and prayed. Got a call next day about noon, all fixed. Was told the axel was burned, (I know it was). All fixed. Reasonable price. Excellent service. I almost wish that something goes wrong next year just so I can thank them again.
Good place, nice people, they are doing great job
It all started with me sending my car to Beans Chevrolet in Carleton Place Ontario. While Beans had my car it was nothing but problems and lack of communication on their end, they broke a bunch of stuff on my car while supposed to be doing a safety. Apon picking up my car they told me a bunch of stuff stopped working while they were working on it and that they weren’t fixing what they broke cause it was an (older car) baffled at their response I had paid the final bill of over a $1,000.00 and took my car home.
