After an injury and doing physical therapy my therapist and I had the discussion of how to get stronger and prevent further injuries. I love the personal workouts that are prescribed to each client based on your physical abilities and goals. Mike and Dustin were great to work with to set me up for success. In January I decided to check out NSS and I am very glad I did. My visit there for my kickoff consultation was very helpful with learning about their personal training program and the options, and I started within a couple days. My strength, mobility and flexibility had declined related to joint issues and age, and that is definitely improving since going to NSS for their personal training with exercises individualized for me. The staff (Apryl) is very knowledgeable and keeps me on task with instruction on proper techniques.
Personal trainer led workouts tailored to each client’s needs, capabilities and goals. Joanna is my trainer and is awesome! Love that I have regular partners to work out with, share and celebrate milestones. Positive, friendly, supportive environment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
