I have never been a regular exercise person and was quite nervous about starting with NSS. Happy to write a review for NSS! I am in my eighth week of training (for life!). I feel very welcome upon my arrival. My trainer has a plan for me, equipment ready to go, provides detailed instruction of what we're doing along with feedback on form, etc. In the short time I've been here, I have experienced gains on several levels! I am stronger, lifestyle activities that used to cause me some pain have improved greatly and most importantly, health markers with wellness have improved! Love the results I am getting with NSS!

I was referred to NSS by a friend who knew my history of several injuries and health challenges. Mike and Dustin took great care in getting to know my history, current fitness level, and goals. They developed a fitness program perfect for me. The coaches are very encouraging and more than willing to adjust the program when needed. I am getting stronger and more confident each day!
