Notice the good reviews are years old. My furnace is out and I called at 7 this morning and got scheduled for today. After sitting at home waiting & multiple calls it is now 5:30 PM and the dispatcher can only say nobody is responding. I canceled and requested a refund. Now I am paying for emergency 24 hour service. Beware
Such a scam!!! They were supposed to come to our home from 2-5 pm. No one showed. I was hung up on 5 different times when I called the office. At one point someone told me the tech would call me at 6pm and no one ever called me. They charged my card $99! I had to call my bank to dispute. DO NOT use this business. So sketchy!
The technician has been to my home twice to service and clean my system. He is one of the very best technicians. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I wish he can be assigned to me for each cleaning. Thank you Noonan Heating & Cooling Company.
