Our basement had visible mold near a vent. Sean did a complete mold treatment, including fogging and sanitizing. He also installed a UV light. We’ve had no return of the smell, and we feel better letting our kids play downstairs now.!!

Nathan genuinely cared about his work. He discovered a loose piece of insulation in the main return that had been making slight rattling noises for years. I never knew what the sound was until today! Since the cleaning, the entire system sounds like new and cools the house significantly faster.

After scheduling a dryer vent cleaning, I discovered that lint had accumulated inside the vent, nearly blocking it completely, posing a serious fire hazard. After the cleaning, my dryer works perfectly again, and I feel a lot safer. This is something every homeowner should do on a regular basis.
