Nooma has been a saving grace for me. The atmosphere is encouraging and the workout leaders make you feel comfortable and welcome, regardless of your fitness level. It isn’t just a physical workout but a mental workout. I’ve never found a place that feels more like a workout home. Thank you ladies for being wonderful leaders and for always reminding us, it’s not about how you look on your mat but how you feel in your space ❤️❤️
Joining Nooma is the best decision I’ve made since moving to Little Rock. I have never been happier with a studio and the staff that work there. Everything about Nooma is amazing.
