This studio is so special. The classes are hard, but I’m encouraged to go at my own pace. I never thought I would be a person who enjoyed working out, but the effect of these classes and leaders on my physical and mental health is so positive.
Such a great workout. I start my day here and it brings me clarity and helps me focus on what is important each day. Total body workout that includes your mind, body and soul!
Nooma is a special experience. This is a space where I feel safe, loved and free. Nooma pushes you to expand your boundaries and potential while always allowing you room to pull back when needed. The leaders put intention behind every flow, every song, every move and encourage you to find your connection.
Everytime I walk into the building, I feel seen. The moment I walk up the stairs and feel the infrared heat my body is excited to move. This has been my escape and I’m so thankful I found Nooma. The leaders are amazing and I always leave feeling encouraged! Never once have I walked out and felt like I couldn’t do something
