This studio is so special. The classes are hard, but I’m encouraged to go at my own pace. I never thought I would be a person who enjoyed working out, but the effect of these classes and leaders on my physical and mental health is so positive.

The leaders put intention behind every flow, every song, every move and encourage you to find your connection.

Everytime I walk into the building, I feel seen. The moment I walk up the stairs and feel the infrared heat my body is excited to move. This has been my escape and I’m so thankful I found Nooma. The leaders are amazing and I always leave feeling encouraged! Never once have I walked out and felt like I couldn’t do something

The love, kindness and acceptance I feel every time I walk through the doors are things I’ve never felt before at other “work out” places. At nooma, it’s so much more than just a “work out” where emphasis is placed not on how you look but how you feel. It’s simply spectacular. Highly suggest giving it a try whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning. You have a place at nooma! You belong!
