Patricia was extremely helpful in helping us set up a deep cleaning before the arrival of our stayover guests. She responded in minutes, helped us figure out which services we needed, and set a date/time with incredible efficiency. The quality customer service was matched by the quality of the work. Mariya did a fabulous job getting into all of the hard-to-reach places I wouldn't even think to clean. Our house feels lighter and brighter, I cannot thank her enough. The price is more than fair as well. 10/10

The business owner Patricia quickly got me on the schedule for a weekend cleaning with very short notice on two separate occasions. She responds quickly to requests and follows up on any questions. My house cleaner Mariya was friendly and thorough, and came out in spite of a winter storm.

I have been a loyal customer for years because the owner has always tried to do the right thing. But as she’s gotten busier, I’ve been unable to rely on her either. There have been several people I’ve cycled through because they do a terrible job, so it really depends on who you get for how they clean. Most recently the cleaner didn’t even empty trash, didn’t dust, would skip entire rooms, and never cleaned the bathroom floor or the stairs.
