Ordered 2 chicken boxes. Got a call saying they ran out of "chicken" but as an alternative asked if crispy chicken is fine. We said yes. When the boxes were delivered, there was no chicken found and the boxes were entirely vegetarian. Vegetarian is not an issue but we expect to receive what we paid for, especially after being contacted to make an adjustment.
Overloaded the spice to the point that the meal was inedible. Never again.
We ordered 3 noodle boxes with customizations available on their menu. They did not honor any they included brocolli, peanuts and bean sprouts in all when we asked them to be excluded. The one box we asked to be spicy, they made it soooo spicy that it was inedible. Don't know how they are in Business. They won't be getting any more from us that's for sure.
This was our first time trying out Noodle Box, we ordered 2 dishes, honey garlic chowmein and Thai Chowmein. Both orders had too much liquid, it felt like I was eating honey garlic soup, and the honey garlic sauce tasted like syrup. I wasn’t able to finish it. The Thai chowmein had way too much soy sauce and it was too salty to finish. Spring rolls were fine.
