It hasn’t always been this bad but tonight my husband called in our orders with very clear instructions. They got both orders wrong and as soon as you call them to address is the line is “busy” for hours. No way they get through. Service getting worse each time we order lately.
Placed an order, was given the completely wrong order. When I brought it up to them, they told me it was my fault and too bad. Every time I tried to clarify they just spoke over me and raised their voice. How hard is it to understand an order for “Peanut box, no cabbage” Never coming back here again.
First time there. OMG. It was not only tasty but ALOT. I got the peanut noodle box...mild, just in case. I'll for sure go again and try something else. Yes
