Spent $16 on a takeout box and it was half full
Terrible experience. I ordered a mild spice dish and it was intolerable hot, there were very few noodles and it was more of a soup than a noodle dish. I spoke with the owner and he basically said they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.
Just spent $20 on a box, got home and couldn’t eat it because it was so dry and the noodles were completely stuck together. Called and was offered extra sauce on my next box. Asked for a refund, they said no. Asked for a free box next time, because I couldn’t even eat my food and they eventually said yes. They then hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service and bad food.
We got take out, but the atmosphere seemed okay. It was a little loud, and they had trouble hearing my order. The food and service were both good, although the food could have used a little more sauce.
